I offer a workshop called “Digital Presence Management for PhD Students” that goes over key strategies for managing online persona. I help students plan personal websites and develop individual guidelines for their social media engagement, in order to meet their personal career goals.
Other invited speaking engagements include a panel at the Chicago History Museum on the emergence of hookup apps such as Grindr and Tinder, and a Visiting Scholar Talk at the University of Chicago.
I have presented my research at academic conferences yearly, up to three times a year. I have hundreds of hours of experience lecturing in undergraduate classrooms, on a wide variety of topics related to social issues.
